Well, what a gorgeous summer we are having (with the exception of Tuesday, of course!)

With the number of sales down 12% over July 2010 and down 36% over Aug 2009 for Vancouver West Apartments, we saw a price increase of 8% over July 2010 and an increase of 9% over August 2009.

We had more listings (5.5%) over July, but 7.8% less than August 2009.

The percentage of sales to listings was 53% last month compared to 77% August 2009. So, we saw less sales in Aug 2010, but they sold at a higher price.
