Vladimir Grigorescu is a long time real estate and market investor that started with his first piece of real estate at just 18 years old. As time progressed, he grew his investments and along the way, discovered the many lending secrets and tricks that can be used to maximize investment strategies and save money.

Vlad discovered that most lending institutions were not willing to share these tricks and the only way for someone to know, was to learn first hand being involved with buying many properties and learning the ropes as they go.

It was for this reason, Virtu Mortgages was born. Virtu, and Vlad’s primary goal is to not only save you money, but share with you ways that you can structure your debt in an easy to understand fashion. There is nothing more empowering than taking control and understanding what is typically the biggest financial commitment of your life.

Vladimir holds his Mortgage Brokers License in BC and previously worked in retail banking for a local institution. His first hand experience as a full time investor can make the world of difference when it comes time to your mortgage.
